Sonsio Vehicle Protection is seeking a Marketing Systems Specialist to support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns and technology platforms. This role involves managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign execution, data management, and user support, while collaborating with various teams to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration and day-to-day operation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and related marketing platforms
- Manage campaign setup, audience lists, workflows, customer journeys, and email deployment
- Assist with user access, system maintenance, documentation, and process management
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of system enhancements
- Build, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and digital channels
- Coordinate campaign assets, audience segmentation, scheduling, and deployment
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Maintain data quality and assist with list management, segmentation, and CRM updates
- Generate routine reports and dashboards related to campaign performance, lead activity, and marketing effectiveness
- Support data validation and quality assurance efforts across marketing systems
- Track key marketing metrics and performance indicators
- Support lead routing, lead assignment, and lead management processes within Salesforce
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure timely processing and tracking of leads
- Assist with maintaining lead scoring and workflow automation processes
- Provide day-to-day support for Marketing and Sales users of marketing systems and CRM tools
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guides
- Promote best practices for system usage and data management
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and reduce manual processes
- Assist with implementation of marketing automation initiatives and process enhancements
- Support special projects related to CRM, marketing technology, and reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Info Systems, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, CRM administration, or a related role
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead management processes
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and email marketing programs
