This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing programs across various restaurant brands, focusing on loyalty and campaign management to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end setup, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns within Olo Engage and the Olo Loyalty dashboard
- Partner closely with the Creative and Marketing Directors to translate campaign concepts into live digital executions, ensuring brand accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate scheduling across brands and channels
- QA all campaigns prior to launch to ensure accuracy in targeting, content, and offer logic
- Build, test, and manage coupons and promotional offers within the Olo platform to support loyalty campaigns and brand initiatives
- Maintain coupon libraries and ensure offer rules, expiration dates, and redemption logic are configured correctly
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align offer mechanics with broader marketing strategy and financial guardrails
- Manage and maintain rewards-related email communications, serving as the primary owner of the guest-facing loyalty email channel
- Respond to and resolve email deliverability issues, suppression list management, and channel hygiene tasks
- Monitor channel health metrics (deliverability, open rates, unsubscribe rates) and escalate issues proactively
- Build recurring and ad-hoc reports to measure campaign performance, including open rates, redemption rates, revenue attribution, and guest engagement metrics
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Present findings to the VP of Martech and cross-functional marketing partners in clear, concise formats
- Develop and manage customer segments within Olo and related platforms to enable targeted, personalized marketing to high-value guest audiences
- Collaborate with the Martech team to refine segmentation strategies based on behavioral, transactional, and loyalty data
- Continuously test and iterate on audience definitions to improve campaign relevance and ROI
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related CRM/loyalty role
- Hands-on experience with an email or loyalty campaign platform (Olo Engage, Spendgo, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret marketing performance reports
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Strong written communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with Olo Engage and/or Spendgo Loyalty platform
- Familiarity with Qu POS or other restaurant point-of-sale systems
- Experience with customer segmentation, audience building, or CRM list management
- Background in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR/fast-casual marketing
- Exposure to project management tools and methodologies
