Cenicor Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to implement Siemens OpCenter Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for CSD Frederick Manufacturing. The role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Manufacturing Operations in creating business value through new product introductions, productivity, and process improvements
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams
- Create and maintain business and functional requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training
- Have a good understanding of our MES systems
- Manage stakeholder expectations
Skills
- Experience working in a GxP environment is a strong plus
- Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with software development or configuration tools
- Life Science industry background is a strong plus
- Must be self-confident, assertive, and self-motivated
- Ability to tear down complex problems into smaller components
