The role involves leveraging AI tools for development, designing scalable solutions, collaborating with product owners, and driving cloud integration efforts.
Responsibilities
- AI-Augmented Development: Actively leverage AI coding tools (such as Claude Code and/or Cursor) to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and multiply team throughput. Set the standard for AI-first engineering practices and coach the team on effective prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- Design & Architecture: Work closely with the team to design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions in line with project goals and company standards
- Collaboration: Partner with product owners and the scrum master to prioritize tasks and stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Agile Process: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing input on team velocity and progress
- Cloud Integration: Drive the adoption and integration of cloud solutions (such as AWS and Snowflake)
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project updates, challenges, and technical decisions to senior management and key stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Concentration in computer science or related technical discipline, preferred
