The Associate Digital Sales Engineer will support the creation and improvement of digital presales assets, collaborate across teams, and help enhance customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of digital presales activities across technical, solution, and competitive dimensions of the sales cycle, learning to build scalable, reusable engagement models under the guidance of senior team members
- Develops foundational knowledge of Mid-Market buyers and builds the ability to demonstrate the Intuit Enterprise Suite through digital demos, self-guided experiences, and on-demand assets, with growing participation in live engagements
- Contributes to the creation and upkeep of digital technical engagements, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, and Enablement to help deliver consistent, quality customer experiences
- Assists sales leadership and cross-functional partners in maintaining digital training assets, demo enablement, and self-serve resources that support seller confidence and product fluency
- Monitors internal communication channels and field feedback, helping to surface product insights that contribute to continuous improvement of digital presales content and positioning
- Supports the technical relationship with prospects by helping maintain digital assets, guided product tours, and repeatable technical validation experiences that contribute to an accelerated buying journey
- Assist in building and maintaining digital presales assets, including:
- On-demand and recorded product demonstrations
- Self-guided product tours and interactive walkthroughs
- Technical explainer content and solution overviews
- Lightweight proof-of-value or validation experiences
- Support digital-first sales and product enablement efforts, including helping produce asynchronous training content, demo walkthroughs, and scalable learning resources for Mid-Market sales teams
- Provide behind-the-scenes support to help accelerate deals and optimize the customer experience
- Help maintain a centralized repository of seller-facing digital content in partnership with Product and Marketing, ensuring assets remain current, relevant, and aligned to messaging and positioning
- Learn how digital presales assets are embedded into sales motions, playbooks, and tooling, contributing to a more efficient buying process
- Build understanding of customer buying processes and begin developing knowledge of partner capabilities, with support from senior teammates
- Track and contribute to key success metrics, including pipeline influence, deal velocity, and the effectiveness of digital presales assets
- Surface ideas and observations for improving digital presales content, customer experience, and seller effectiveness
- Develop fluency in Intuit’s value propositions and begin contributing to digital storytelling and outcome-based solution narratives for assigned industries
- Demonstrate Intuit’s values and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-focused culture across Sales and Presales teams
Skills
- 0–1 year of experience in a presales, sales, technical, or customer-facing role; relevant internships or coursework accepted
- Emerging presentation and storytelling skills, with a desire to develop the ability to demonstrate customer value using digital tools and the Intuit Enterprise Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences
- Basic familiarity with SaaS technologies; curiosity about APIs and modern cloud platforms is a plus
- Eagerness to learn how to create and maintain digital sales assets, demos, and enablement materials
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a consultative, customer-first mindset
- Able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage tasks and deliver quality work with guidance from senior team members
- Genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop technical acumen across current trends and the Intuit product portfolio
- Collaborative team player who works well across Sales, Product, and Product Marketing partners
- Demonstrated interest in contributing to a sales organization through partnership, initiative, and a shared-outcomes mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
