Lakeside Metal Specialties, Inc. is seeking a National Sales Manager to oversee the management and development of new and existing business in North America. The role involves increasing sales revenue, conducting contract negotiations, and developing marketing plans while maintaining relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets
- Assists with the planning of sales exhibits and attending trade shows
- Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs
- Keeps informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers
- Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts
- Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided
- Answers questions from customers and handles complaints
- Sales Budget Preparation
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients
- Meets with key clients, maintaining a relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Effectively manages sales budget for the assigned region and National Customers
- Strategic Planning in conjunction with Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Skills
- Four years of management experience or equivalence
- Four years of strategic planning and management experience or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
