Position Overview
The Remote Nevada Customer Service Representative role is a front‑line position that directly engages patients, clients, and health‑care partners. - Compliance & Data Security: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and careerzynith’s security protocols, ensuring patient information is protected at all times.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience handling phone‑based inquiries and resolutions.
- At least 6 months of high‑volume call center experience using Windows, Microsoft Office, or comparable applications.
- Residency in the state of Nevada with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
