ADRF is looking for a highly motivated and technically qualified individual to join our Sales Team as a Northeast Regional Sales Manager. The role involves growing market share with wireless carriers, distributors, and system integrators, as well as uncovering sales opportunities with new enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Promote, maintain, and enhance sales of ADRF products and services
- Develop new customers and opportunities using sales experience and a hunter mentality
- Regularly report sales activity to ADRF HQ, set sales goals, and develop detailed plans to achieve those goals
- Develop and execute sales campaigns to promote and enhance awareness of ADRF products, technology, capabilities, deployments, and the overall ADRF brand
- Understand customer needs and relay that information to ADRF HQ with respect to product development
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Wireless In-Building industry (working with Carriers, System Integrators, Distributors, and Enterprise customers)
- Technical sales experience required
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in identifying and developing business opportunities
