Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to kids, creating a dynamic and fun classroom environment that encourages participation and exploration

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field, with a passion for education and a desire to inspire
• Accredited TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TEYL certification (120-hour or above), demonstrating your commitment to teaching excellence
• At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, with a proven track record of success in the classroom
• Native English speaker from the USA or Canada, with excellent communication skills and a clear, concise teaching style
• Computer literate, with a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, dedicated teaching space
• Engaging and inspiring communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds
• Punctual and precise timekeeping, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Technical Requirements:
• PC specifications: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater, 8GB RAM or greater, ensuring seamless lesson delivery
• Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 4-5 hours (2000VA), minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuity
• Internet connection: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration
• Accessories: Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment, creating an optimal learning space

Position Details:
• Start Date: Immediate, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for extra hours
• Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time, with additional hours available on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time
• Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China, providing a unique and rewarding teaching experience
• Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes), allowing for personalized attention and instruction
• Remuneration: Competitive base rate of $12 USD per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives
