The role involves configuring multi-mailbox routing, managing document processing, and ensuring integration with Oracle EBS, along with handling security and access control in a cloud environment.

- Configure multi-mailbox routing in Oracle UCM for inbound invoice processing – Handling multiple mailboxes and UCM management with monitoring
- UCM Architecture & Components – Expertise in Content Server, Inbound Refinery, and IPM in a typical WCI deployment. Metadata definitions and Management invoice documents. Knowledge and experienced in
- Security & Access Control ; configure user access for AP clerks vs. AP managers in UCM. SSL configuration experienced in setting up SSL on UCM/WebLogic in an OCI environment. Knowledge and experienced in
- IPM Workflow & Document Capture-Imaging and Process Management Workflow Configuration. Knowledge and experienced in
- Oracle 12C Capture (formerly WebCenter Capture) 12C Capture Vs 11G UCM-based capture. Multi-mailbox setup in 12C Capture, navigations and configurations
- Error Handling in Document Processing – Experienced in handling failures of OCR, configuration for retry/exception, Exception queue routing in capture profile, Manual indexing fallback via IPM Application, Notifications, and audit trail in capture logs
- WCI–EBS R12 Integration in OCI - Knowledge and experienced in
- Expertise in OCI-Specific Deployments like Two-node OCI cloud deployment - approach for High Availability of UCM/IPM and Configuration network connectivity between OCI WCI tier and on-prem/OCI EBS. Knowledge in
- Integration Touchpoints, Experienced in UCM Authenticators for AP invoice post, knowledge of
- Expertise in 11G to 12C Upgrade / Migration, Knowledge of
- RCU & Schema Management - Experienced in schema creation using RCU for a WCI 12.2.1.4 install, mandatory for UCM, IPM, and SOA. Knowledge of
Skills
- Multi-mailbox routing, inbound document processing into Oracle EBS
- With direct WCI invoice processing, WCI 12.2.1.4 upgrade, WebLogic/Fusion Middleware, and SSL configuration experience
- AXF and Managed Attachments hands-on experience
- Direct WCI-to-EBS AP integration work (not just Capture/Imaging in isolation)
- Completing the Forms Recognition verification/exception-handling discussion
- Deeper WebLogic clustering specifics (node sizing, patching cadence, HA failover testing)
