They are seeking a driven Outside Sales Account Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships in the Pittsburgh area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
- Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)
- Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Computer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related apps
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally overnight
- Fluid Power sales experience is a strong plus
- 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred)
