As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees of our valued clients, providing clear, accurate, and compassionate support on a wide range of benefits and payroll inquiries. Whether you’re helping someone understand their health insurance options, walking a new parent through parental leave paperwork, or troubleshooting a payroll discrepancy, your work will directly impact the well-being of countless individuals and families.
This is a fully remote, part-time temporary position with the flexibility to scale up to 40 hours per week during peak seasons (such as open enrollment or year-end processing). All hours are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, giving you predictable weekday shifts that fit around your life. careerzynith provides all the equipment you need to succeed—you just bring a reliable high-speed internet connection and a passion for helping people.
Compensation: $15.50 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
