About the Role:
- Complete tasks for Peppermint customers, such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, and providing recommendations
- Be solution-focused, proactive, and creative in your approach to each family's needs
- Engage with customers through positive and concise communication, responding to texts, messages, emails, and phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Provide empathetic support and build trust with our customers, making a positive impact on their daily lives
- Utilize various tools and technologies to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
What We Offer:
- Independent Contractor (1099 position) with a competitive hourly rate of $23/hour
- 3-month initial contract term with the possibility of extension
