Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bayforce is seeking an experienced Personify Online Community Consultant to support the administration, configuration, and optimization of their client’s Personify Online Community platform. The consultant will ensure the platform operates seamlessly with the Personify 360 Association Management System and will be responsible for managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Personify Online Community platform
- Ensure the Community platform is properly configured and fully integrated with the Personify 360 AMS environment
- Manage platform configuration, permissions, discussion forums, document libraries, groups, and collaboration features
- Monitor and troubleshoot the connection between the Community platform and the core Personify system to ensure data integrity and seamless user experience
- Support ongoing enhancements and recommend best practices to improve member engagement
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues while partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve them efficiently
- Document system configurations, processes, and changes
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Personify Community platform
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience administering and configuring Personify Online Community
- Strong understanding of how Personify Online Community integrates with Personify 360 (AMS)
- Experience managing community collaboration platforms, including discussion boards, user groups, permissions, and document-sharing functionality
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration and integration issues independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Experience supporting association management systems (AMS)
- Experience with member-based organizations
- Familiarity with comparable community platforms such as Higher Logic
- Knowledge of the Momentive-owned Personify product suite is a plus
