As a Principal Consultant in R&D, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI, focusing on reshaping operating models and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
- Lead and own Business Development, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
- Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
- Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in your practice to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges
Skills
- 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
- Deep domain knowledge in biopharma ClinOps, ClinData, Regulatory, or Pharmacovigilance, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
- Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
