Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wildflower Health is redefining healthcare by integrating OBGYN care and health support into a seamless experience. They are seeking a growth-oriented Product Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer health segment, managing product strategy and user experience while driving growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Own the Consumer & Growth Roadmap: Drive the product strategy, prioritization, and execution for Wildflower’s expanding consumer product lines, such as virtual PT and lactation consulting. You will own the product roadmap and enhancements that support key metrics for user acquisition, trial conversion, and long-term retention
- Champion the User Experience (UI/UX): In the absence of a dedicated full-time design team, you will act as the primary advocate for user-centered design. You will own the UX architecture, map user journeys, and build high-fidelity wireframes/prototypes in Figma (leveraging AI tools like Claude Design) to keep our consumer experience seamless
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Serve as the strategic mind behind our consumer data. You will analyze user funnels and behavior (via Amplitude, GA, and other product analytics tools) to run impactful A/B tests, identify points of friction, and make data-informed product decisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between engineering, growth marketing, and corporate leadership to ensure product initiatives directly unlock business growth, with a particular focus on strong unit economics
Skills
- 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Ideally within consumer mobile apps, SaaS subscription models, or B2B2C growth environments
- Strong UI/UX Sensibilities: You don't need to be a product designer, but you should be comfortable in Figma
- Experience with Acquisition Funnels: You have familiarity and experience optimizing web and app-based acquisition funnels
- Analytical Fluency: You have a strong track record of using data, experimentation, and customer insight to shape product strategy and drive growth, ideally with direct experience with Amplitude and Tableau
- A Growth Mindset: You thrive in growth-stage environments where the playbook isn't fully written
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across a diverse group of partners
- Digital health or wellness experience is a plus
