Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phigenics is a company focused on water management programs, and they are seeking a Product Manager to lead their ASHRAE 188/514 Water Management Program offering. This role involves product development, pricing management, and cross-functional support to ensure the successful delivery of tech-enabled solutions.

- Develop and maintain client-facing and internal assets, including program templates, documentation, sales enablement, and training content
- Monitor the regulatory and competitive landscape and adjust the offering accordingly. Support evaluation of potential future offerings to inform go/no-go decisions

Partner with the development team through the build process, including requirement clarification, prioritization input, and user acceptance testing. Use AI tools to drive efficiency in design, prototyping, and requirements development
- Coordinate the rollout plan for new features and initiatives requiring formal launch and defining readiness, sequencing, and go-live — and partner with Marketing Communications, Training, and Account Management on execution. Track adoption and feed learnings back into the roadmap
- Serve as the subject-matter bridge between the service delivery and product organizations. Support sales and account management on offering scope and capabilities, and occasionally develop and deliver presentations for webinars, trade shows, and industry events
