This high-impact role ensures product value is communicated clearly, launches are executed successfully, and customer-facing teams are equipped with compelling messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the product portfolio
- Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches for new features and enhancements
- Translate complex retirement and financial products into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Develop sales enablement resources, competitive positioning, and communication frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Leverage market research and customer insights to influence messaging and product strategy
- Measure product adoption, messaging effectiveness, and go-to-market success
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within financial services, fintech, or the retirement industry
- Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Experience in the retirement industry is required
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA is a plus
