They are seeking a Project Administrator to support financial tracking, documentation, and administrative coordination of controls and contracting projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of controls and contracting projects
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project files, contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation
- Track project costs, invoices, billing, and budget status
- Assist with job costing, financial reconciliation, and reporting
- Work with internal teams and external customers to help ensure timely project execution
- Monitor compliance with contract terms, deadlines, and administrative requirements
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and support project closeout activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with invoices, or accounting support
- Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and work well on a team
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
