They are seeking a Project Manager to provide project management services, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution of client projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans to support the successful delivery of assigned client engagements
- Coordinate with designated company and client contacts to facilitate project execution, establish milestones, and support timely completion of deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and recommend or implement appropriate solutions
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to support alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide periodic project status updates to designated company and client contacts, including progress, risks, and recommended next steps
- Help ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon scope, quality expectations, and deadlines
- Identify opportunities for additional client services and communicate them to the designated business development or account management contact
- Perform the services described in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) and any mutually agreed-upon amendments
Skills
- Experience with project management software such as ClickUp
- Experience managing technical projects, such as website projects, through the software development lifecycle
- Experience managing graphic design, digital, print, and PDF production projects
- Ability to work within strict client requirements for data handling, security best practices, and related processes
- Fluent in English
- Availability to collaborate primarily during Eastern Time business hours, as needed for meetings and project coordination
- Waterfall and agile methodology is a plus
- Content Management System (Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AEM) experience—as a user or content manager—is a plus
