Scott Humphrey Corporation is a national general contractor seeking multiple Project Managers for their cold storage and food & beverage processing division. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, including budget, schedule, and client communications, while coordinating various construction aspects and ensuring timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Own cold storage and F&B processing projects end-to-end — budget, schedule, subcontractors, and owner communications
- Coordinate refrigeration systems, insulated metal panels, and processing-specific MEP scopes
- Manage trade procurement and execution through punch list and turnover on fast-moving project schedules
- Serve as primary client contact and run all OAC meetings and reporting
Skills
- 5–12 years of PM experience; background in cold storage, food processing, or industrial construction preferred
- Comfortable traveling full-time or on a rotational basis — projects are nationwide
- Solid MEP understanding; refrigeration systems experience a strong plus
- Proficient in Procore
- OSHA 30 required
