Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Brixton Group is seeking multiple IT Project Managers to support a major divestiture project for a pharmaceutical client. These PMs will lead technology workstreams through planning, coordination, and cutover activities as part of a large-scale separation effort.
Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned IT workstream through all phases of the divestiture
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with business, IT, manufacturing, and vendor teams
- Drive cutover planning and execution
- Provide regular status updates and ensure project milestones are met
Skills
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Previous experience supporting IT divestitures, carve-outs, mergers, or acquisitions
- Experience managing enterprise technology projects in manufacturing or other complex environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
