They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and implement new tools and processes while working closely with the executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Be a key member of the MCMK project team
- Delivery of multiple / short term projects
- Manage the implementation of new tools and processes
- Full life cycle delivery – creation to delivery
- Implement best practices around operational processes to ensure quality of work is to the highest standard – i.e. agile / best practices / documentation etc
- Process improvement / continuous improvement
- Continuously review current processes and technology and recommend improvements
- Identify issues and recommend solutions
- Work with and revaluate 3rd party suppliers, partners and resellers
Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, with high degree of technical and analytical acumen
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); and project management software
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Customer-focused and self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
- Excellent communicator who can quickly earn the respect of the team and customers
- Must have the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Experience of 80/20 analysis / Pareto Principles
