Authentic Reach Marketing is hiring an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter to follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads generated through paid advertising campaigns for their real estate clients. The role involves contacting leads, qualifying them, managing follow-ups, and booking legitimate appointments for clients.
Responsibilities
- Calling and texting inbound real estate leads
- Qualifying buyer and seller prospects
- Booking qualified phone and in-person appointments
- Completing scheduled callbacks on time
- Following up consistently with leads who are not ready immediately
- Updating CRM notes accurately after every meaningful conversation
- Managing follow-up tasks and pipeline stages
- Communicating clearly with the internal team
- Following scripts, frameworks, and training
- Tracking KPIs and improving performance week over week
Skills
- At least 1 year of appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or call centre experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confidence speaking with prospects by phone
- Experience handling follow-up conversations
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort working inside a CRM
- Ability to follow a script without sounding robotic
- Ability to receive feedback and improve quickly
- Reliable internet, phone access, and a quiet work environment
- You must be reliably available Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Real estate experience is strongly preferred
- Experience speaking with homebuyers, homeowners, mortgage leads, insurance leads, or other high-ticket consumer prospects is also valuable
