Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Joyride is a new marketplace focused on unclaimed vehicle auctions, founded by a team of entrepreneurs and car aficionados. They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Recruiter to help find top talent for their team, utilizing a data-driven approach and building strong candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and driving sourcing strategy across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, boolean strings, and other sourcing methods
- Conduct pre-screening interviews with technical candidates to access skillset
- Assist with key recruiting initiatives from diversity and inclusion, employee branding, and other programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key metrics to be able to measure and scale
Skills
- 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter in either a fast-paced startup or an at-scale tech company
- Familiar with leading sourcing tools and tech platforms and online communities where engineers are found
- Experience recruiting for Marketplace Operations
- Bachelor's Degree
