The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring teams, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Ensure that all job postings are regularly updated and accurately reflect the most current job descriptions
- Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback when appropriate
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Contribute to the development of Aspire Living & Learning's employer brand by showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Participate in and complete training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned to strengthen the recruitment process and candidate experience
Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment, ideally within healthcare, education, or human services
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Must have satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
