Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Millennium Group is a company seeking a Recruiter Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and start date
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical roles
- Recruit for positions such as software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps professionals, and IT infrastructure roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing tools and market intelligence
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting market insights
- Influence hiring decisions through talent availability data, compensation trends, and recruiting analytics
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in ATS and CRM systems
- Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple priorities
Skills
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on IT and technical recruiting
- Experience handling high-volume recruiting environments (20–25 requisitions supporting 10+ hiring managers)
- Strong understanding of technology recruiting and technical talent markets
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern technology stacks
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and remove recruiting roadblocks
- Experience developing recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions
- Corporate and agency recruiting background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stable employment history
- FinTech recruiting experience
- Military or veteran background
- AIRS, SHRM, or similar recruiting certifications
