They are seeking a Recruiter for their Sales/Growth Team to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level sales positions, source candidates, and develop recruitment strategies for future needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment efforts in partnership with our executive leadership and Senior hiring manager
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level hires for Sales positions
- Interface between candidates and clients to negotiate packages and close candidates
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal/external databases and any other ways to uncover top talent
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine technical and cultural fit
- Identify and participate in networking activities such as industry conferences, meetups, and open house events to build relationships and recruit top talent
- Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs, internal mobility and succession planning for the team
Skills
- 5+ years of agency and internal recruitment experiences
- Unimpeachable ethical standards, with an innate ability to build trust
- Highly motivated, strategic, self-driven and results-oriented, yet capable of working in a collaborative manner across the organization
- Articulate, confident, and driven with the ability to work with like-minded professionals in a results-oriented, fast-paced and growing environment
- Top notch verbal and written communication skills
