Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing customer and channel partnerships
- Lead technical discussions with major customers, engineering firms, and key accounts
- Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership
- Oversee distributor relationships and ensure growth through partner collaborations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives
Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the medical gas, compressors, compressed air systems, or industrial equipment industries
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressed air, medical gas systems, or vacuum solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical clients
- Flexibility to travel across the Northeast territory as required
