CREO GROUP Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and execute the sales strategy for their Greenhouse and Nursery divisions across the West Coast and Northwestern territory. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing sales processes, and building relationships with customers and distribution partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments
- Expand share of wallet with existing accounts through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling complementary products
- Actively prospect for new customers and build a sustainable pipeline of high-potential leads
- Leverage data and insights to prioritize opportunities, track performance, and improve conversion rates
- Participate in joint business planning sessions with key customers to identify shared growth opportunities
- Work with distributor accounts/representatives assisting in the sale of the company’s products. This can include customer account visits, training, and order follow-up
- Assist with the coordination of sales efforts for accounts across other territories and sales representatives within the company
- Represent the company at various industry trade shows, distributor events, and sales conferences
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of outside sales experience
- 5+ years in the horticulture industry
- Travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the time
- Demonstrate a growth mindset—show initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement in pursuit of sales excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be self-directed and have ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- The ideal candidate resides in Washington, Oregon, or California
