The role involves calling warm leads, generating interest in services, and scheduling appointments while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Selling prospective clients on our Luxury experience and portrait services
• Managing and scheduling appointments for our studio locations
• Taking deposits over the phone
• Offering 5 Star customer service by going above and beyond
• Achieving daily/weekly targets and KPI's
