Responsibilities
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers
- Lead renewal strategies and manage customer engagement
- Track and report on customer usage, adoption, and renewal metrics
- Participate in onboarding and support customer requests
- Refine Customer Success processes and standards

- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or prospect management
