Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, including calls, product walkthroughs, and training
- Configure the platform to meet customer goals and use cases
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding support and questions
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges
- Collect feedback, share insights with teams, and collaborate with sales for smooth handoffs
- Develop onboarding resources and manage existing customer relationships for upselling and renewals
- Build trust and maintain strong communication with customers
- Align customer experience with marketing initiatives
Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex software for non-technical users
- Organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with SaaS, CRM tools, and customer success workflows
- Degree or diploma in relevant fields, with 3+ years experience in customer success or account management
- Experience in property management or related software fields
