LS Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Accountant (FDA) responsible for driving adoption and technical success of AI-driven automation products for enterprise clients. The role involves architecting and operationalizing AI Agents for accounting workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing implementation quality.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and operationalize AI Agents to automate accounting workflows and improve financial processes
- Lead transformation engagements, diagnosing operational bottlenecks and identifying automation opportunities
- Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and stakeholders to drive enterprise adoption, change management, and ROI realization
- Perform technical troubleshooting, including scripting, SQL queries, and system integrations
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues involving data flows and automation logic
- Partner with Customer Success teams to improve adoption and develop targeted implementation strategies
- Influence product development through insights and strategic feedback
- Oversee implementation quality and consistency across projects
- Travel to customer sites for deployment, training, and workshops
- Educate customers and internal teams on AI-enabled accounting transformation and best practices
Skills
- 6+ years in accounting, auditing, controllership, or finance-related roles, CPA preferred
- Experience in workflow automation, SQL, APIs, and troubleshooting integrations
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
- Experience with ERP systems, AI platforms, scripting, and finance transformation projects
- Background in SaaS, process optimization, or automation tools
