Shortcut is a corporate wellness company that provides services such as chair massage and mindfulness workshops to mid-market and enterprise teams. They are seeking an Entry-level Sales & Account Operations Associate to manage sales operations and account management, ensuring smooth client experiences and maintaining accurate sales data.
Responsibilities
- Keep the CRM accurate and current. Clean data, clear stages, no leads falling through cracks
- Build and research prospect lists. Find the right companies and the right people inside them
- Help run outbound sequences and follow-ups, and flag the replies that need a human
- Generate and send proposals using our internal tools, and track them through to a decision
- Pull simple reports so the team always knows what's working
- Be a reliable point of contact for current clients once a deal is signed
- Coordinate the logistics behind events. Dates, locations, headcounts, and the details that make a day run smoothly
- Work with our service providers and event coordinators to confirm everyone is set
- Handle onboarding, scheduling, reminders, and the follow-through that keeps clients happy and rebooking
- Spot the small problems early, before they become client-facing ones
Skills
- 0 to 2 years of experience. Recent grads and early-career folks are welcome
- Seriously organized. You track details other people drop
- Clear, warm writing. You can email a client or a CEO and sound like a person
- Comfortable with software. CRMs, spreadsheets, and new tools don't scare you, and you'll be working alongside AI tools we've built in-house
- Proactive by default. You'd rather ask 'want me to handle this?' than wait to be told
- Calm under a full plate. Multiple clients and moving parts is the normal state, not the emergency
- Set up to work remotely. A quiet space and a reliable internet connection
- Bonus if you've worked in sales, ops, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles
- Experience using AI to work smarter. You've put AI tools to work to research, draft, automate, or build, and you reach for them to solve real problems
