Aptimized is seeking a hands-on SAP Sales Cloud Lead to drive solution design, configuration, and delivery across core Sales Cloud capabilities within an enterprise Lead-to-Cash environment. The role involves leading workshops, translating business needs, configuring SAP Sales Cloud, and partnering with integration teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define requirements and map end‑to‑end sales processes
- Translate business needs into scalable functional designs, process flows, and configuration
- Configure SAP Sales Cloud: Lead/Opportunity Mgmt, Accounts/Contacts, Activities, Forecasting, Territory Mgmt, KPIs
- Own solution design for Lead‑to‑Opportunity and Opportunity‑to‑Order workflows
- Partner with integration teams to connect Sales Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, CPQ, ERP, and middleware platforms
- Drive SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, cutover readiness, and deployment support
- Create functional specs for enhancements, extensions, and integrations
- Provide hands‑on configuration, validation, and best‑practice guidance
- Support change management, training, and user enablement across business teams
Skills
- 7+ years SAP CRM/C4C/Sales Cloud experience
- Proven leadership of full‑cycle Sales Cloud implementations
- Strong configuration skills across Sales Cloud modules
- Deep understanding of Lead‑to‑Cash and sales operations
- Experience integrating Sales Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, CPQ, or ERP
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- Experience with SAP BTP/CPI
- Exposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- SAP certifications
