Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the company's market share in the auto electronics market
- Managing the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation and monitoring of sales plans
- Negotiating and concluding major contracts with key customers and partners
- Analyzing market trends, competitors and customer needs to improve the product range
- Developing and controlling the sales department budget
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Reporting on key performance indicators and achievement of targets
Skills
- Higher education in business, marketing or relevant technical specialization
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position
- English level C1
- Successful track record of managing a sales team and achieving high performance
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in launching products into new markets will be an advantage
