Pronnel provides AI-powered business communication and automation solutions that help companies streamline customer engagement and sales workflows. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the founding team to build the sales process and handle the complete sales journey, from lead generation to deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for India and international markets
- Identify potential customers across different countries and industries
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Handle the complete sales cycle independently (Lead Generation, Prospecting, Outreach, Product Demonstration, Follow-ups, Negotiation, Deal Closure)
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively
- Conduct product demos and explain platform capabilities confidently
- Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships
- Work closely with the founders to improve positioning, outreach strategy, and market expansion
- Contribute ideas for viral marketing, SEO, branding, outreach campaigns, and growth strategies
- Experiment with new sales approaches and growth opportunities
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates accurately

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, AI, automation, or software sales
- Experience handling complete sales cycles independently
- Familiarity with outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools
- Experience selling software or technology solutions is preferred
