They are seeking a Sales Director to lead sales activities for their Salesforce Practice in the Healthcare and Life Sciences space, focusing on driving digital transformation and closing complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to originate net‑new or existing-new pipeline and close $5M–$15M+ transformation deals
- Experience selling Salesforce‑led business transformation (Sales, Service, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, etc.)
- Strong HLS domain and account exposure (payers, providers, pharma, or medtech)
- Comfort operating as an individual‑contributor hunter and farmer, rather than primarily as a delivery or engagement leader
Skills
- 12–18 years of total experience, with at least 6–8 years in quota‑carrying enterprise sales roles
- Proven ability to originate net‑new or existing-new pipeline and close $5M–$15M+ transformation deals
- Experience selling Salesforce‑led business transformation (Sales, Service, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, etc.)
- Strong HLS domain and account exposure (payers, providers, pharma, or medtech)
- Comfort operating as an individual‑contributor hunter and farmer, rather than primarily as a delivery or engagement leader
