IKLOUDSOFT is looking for an experienced SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Consultant for an exciting remote contract opportunity. The role involves leading the functional design and configuration of SAP FPSL enhancements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration of SAP FPSL enhancements
- Configure posting schemas, event types, result types, and accounting rules
- Support period-end close, reconciliation, and error analysis
- Conduct requirement workshops with Finance and Treasury stakeholders
- Review functional designs, configurations, and test scripts
- Coordinate release planning, transport management, and system refreshes
- Prioritize enhancement backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 9 / IFRS 17 accounting standards
Skills
- 6+ years of SAP Finance experience
- Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP FPSL implementations or AMS engagements
- Strong expertise in FPSL configuration, accounting rules engine, and financial product setup
- Experience integrating FPSL with SAP S/4HANA General Ledger and Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- Knowledge of financial instruments accounting (Loans, Deposits, Securities, or Insurance Contracts)
- Experience in client-facing AMS environments with ITIL/SLA processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or FPSL Certification
- Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management domain experience
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and FPSL Cloud deployment
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams
