Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant payroll solutions and troubleshoot complex payroll issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP HCM US Payroll configuration, enhancements, and production support
- Design, troubleshoot, and support Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and payroll logs
- Configure and support US Payroll tax functionality, including BSI updates and compliance
- Support integrations with third-party systems such as UKG/Kronos and SuccessFactors
- Lead testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel testing, ensuring smooth system deployments
Skills
- 6–9 years of SAP HCM US Payroll experience
- Strong hands-on SAP HCM Payroll configuration experience
- Advanced experience designing and troubleshooting Payroll Schemas and PCRs
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processing and payroll operations
- Experience configuring and supporting US Payroll tax processing, including BSI
