[Remote] Security Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrothersTech is seeking a Security Analyst with strong Firewall and Network Security experience to monitor, analyze, and protect enterprise infrastructure from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with firewall administration, security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and network security operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events, alerts, and incidents
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls
• Review and implement firewall rule changes based on security policies
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts
• Perform log analysis using SIEM platforms
• Monitor IDS/IPS systems and network security tools
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities
• Analyze network traffic and identify suspicious activities
• Assist with security audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud teams to strengthen security posture
• Create and maintain security documentation and operational procedures

Skills

• 4+ years of Cyber Security or Security Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA / Firepower
• Hands-on experience with Check Point Firewalls
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP Networking
• Strong understanding of VPN Technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)
• Strong understanding of IDS/IPS
• Strong understanding of Network Access Control
• Strong understanding of Security Incident Response
• Strong understanding of Threat Detection & Analysis
• Experience with SIEM platforms
