Responsibilities
- Help customers solve their problems every day
- Combine the know-how of tech support with problem solving and customer service
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
- Interact with many different people on a variety of problems to grow experience and skills
- Become an expert with Microsoft 365 and get trained on various platforms
- Earn certifications including Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc
Skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- 1+ years of support help desk knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer support knowledge
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
