The Senior Contract Administrator will manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring contracts are accurate and compliant while collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, analyze, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including master agreements, amendments, and renewals
- Administer end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and manage contract data within Salesforce and contract management systems, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation
- Execute and support amendment workflows, including pricing changes, product updates, and term modifications across agreements
- Apply critical thinking to identify risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in contract language and operational processes
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure contract terms align with company standards and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operation and Finance to support quoting, forecasting, billing alignment, and revenue recognition
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes, best practices, and system usage
- Track, prioritize, and manage multiple contract requests and deadlines simultaneously with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Identify inefficiencies in contract workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability and turnaround time
- Support contract standardization initiatives and version control efforts
- Prepare clear, concise summaries and reports of contract terms, risks, and status for stakeholders and leadership
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve contract-related issues and drive execution
Skills
- Proven experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM/contract management systems
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to draft and interpret contractual language
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, legal support, or related roles
- Background in legal support, contract review, or paralegal work strongly preferred
- Experience in medical device or healthcare industry preferred
