The role involves analyzing large datasets, developing KPIs, and collaborating with various teams to drive data-informed decisions and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets, including conversational, behavioral, and product performance data
- Develop KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks to evaluate product outcomes
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business and product decisions
- Conduct statistical analyses to assess performance, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support product launches and growth initiatives
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Investigate data quality issues, identify gaps, and help establish reliable measurement practices
- Work in ambiguous environments where not all data is clean, complete, or readily available
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets
- Python experience for data analysis, statistical analysis, and data exploration
- Strong knowledge of statistics and analytical methodologies
- Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and performance measurement frameworks
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to influence product or business decisions
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, NLP, LLM, chatbot, or conversational datasets
- Experience analyzing large-scale customer interaction or behavioral data
- Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools
- Product analytics experience supporting feature launches, user engagement analysis, or growth initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
