Responsibilities
- Proactively working with the client to deliver quality software solutions
- Communicating effectively with client colleagues on process, delivery, and team health to increase team proficiency
- Progressively enhance the codebase and supporting systems and pay down tech debt as part of the software delivery process
Skills
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally specializing in a particular tech stack
- Rapid assimilation to new software systems and domains, while identifying root causes
- Experience communicating with teams to encourage decomposing work and adopting beneficial agile team processes
