SickScience Labs, Inc. is a biotechnology skincare company transforming beauty through their proprietary plant-derived exosome platform. They are seeking a highly analytical Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the digital growth engine across various channels and drive measurable business growth through experimentation and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging paid channels
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency
- Manage advertising budgets and forecasting
- Develop creative testing frameworks and scaling strategies
- Partner with creative teams to continuously improve advertising performance
- Own Shopify performance and conversion optimization
- Improve customer journeys across the entire purchase funnel
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, merchandising, collections, and checkout experience
- Develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and average order value
- Own Klaviyo strategy and execution
- Build lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys
- Improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates
- Develop segmentation, loyalty, referral, and win-back strategies
- Optimize email and SMS performance through continuous testing
- Support Amazon growth initiatives
- Partner on digital marketing initiatives supporting Ulta Beauty
- Identify new opportunities across ecommerce marketplaces and retail media
- Build and own weekly business reporting
- Monitor key growth metrics, including: CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, Conversion Rate, Customer Retention, New vs. Returning Customers
- Translate performance data into actionable business decisions and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with: Founders, Creative Team, Product Development, Operations, Customer Experience, External agency partners to execute product launches, campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ecommerce
- Proven success growing a DTC consumer brand especially in Beauty
- Strong Shopify experience
- Advanced expertise with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partners
- Highly analytical with a strong test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience supporting retail marketing initiatives (Ulta, Sephora, Target, etc.)
- Influencer marketing experience
- Subscription or loyalty program experience
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands
