Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harvest Company is a digital marketing agency specializing in services for cash-pay chiropractic clinics. The Senior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring effective service delivery, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance client retention and performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client primary point of contact
- Build trust-based relationships that drive retention and long-term partnership
- Proactively identify signs of dissatisfaction, performance gaps, or misaligned expectations before they escalate
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clinic owners, their office managers, and their business coaches
- Lead structured client onboarding, ensuring clinics are set up for strong early results
- Conduct and own the weekly and monthly strategy & assessment calls, holding clients accountable to agreed-upon action items and tracking progress against clinic KPIs
- Help clients understand what the data is telling them — show rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates — and translate that into a clear action plan
- Attend and participate in meetings with clients' external business coaches on their behalf when needed
- Deliver our Leads Management Training framework to client staff — ensuring front desks know how to handle, track, and follow up with inbound leads effectively
- Deliver Phone & Sales Training to client teams — coaching staff to book more appointments, reduce no-shows, and convert more inquiries into showed patients
- Conduct light operations assessments to identify internal clinic workflows that may be limiting marketing ROI — and provide structured recommendations
- Act as the internal coordinator between clients and our paid ads team, content team, design team, and nurture sequence team
- Intake and triage client design and promotional material requests, then route them to the appropriate team member with clear briefs and deadlines
- Communicate campaign performance updates to clients in plain language — no jargon, no excuses, just clarity
- Flag delivery risks, production delays, or quality issues to leadership before they reach the client
- Monitor each client's result trajectory and proactively flag accounts at risk of churn
- Build and maintain a simple client health system — tracking deliverables, training progress, campaign performance, and relationship quality
- Identify upsell or service expansion opportunities where they naturally align with client results
Skills
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA
- 4 – 6 years in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency, healthcare marketing firm, or high-touch service business
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Comfortable leading conversations with business owners, practice managers, and executive-level decision-makers
- Deep understanding of paid advertising metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) — you don't have to run the campaigns, but you need to read and explain the numbers
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or structured frameworks to non-marketing professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can give hard feedback clearly and kindly
- Experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or cash-pay medical marketing
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and automation platforms
- Background in phone sales coaching, script development, or front desk training
- Experience working inside a small, fast-moving agency where everyone wears multiple hats
