Cordea Consulting is seeking a senior-level Periop / Anesthesia Analyst to serve as a primary Subject Matter Expert for a critical enterprise-level scaling and deployment phase. The role involves leading perioperative application leadership, aligning go-live execution, and ensuring technical quality and risk mitigation in complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Oracle Health perioperative SME
- You will own the configuration and optimization landscape, supporting SurgiNet, scheduling, charge services, and critical supply chain integrations
- Align complex perioperative build and remediation work to PBO wave schedules, directly driving readiness activities for the upcoming Wave 5 Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) go-live
- Lead the comprehensive remediation and standardization of clinical procedure catalogs to align with AORN guidelines
- You will also enable seamless, automated integration between Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and daily perioperative workflows
- Perform deep-dive backend audits utilizing CCL and specialized Oracle Health tooling to proactively identify, track, and mitigate downstream workflow and data integrity risks
Skills
- Proven, hands-on configuration experience within the Cerner Millennium / Oracle Health ecosystem, specifically focusing on SurgiNet and Anesthesia modules
- A deep understanding of the surgical ecosystem, including scheduling logic, automated charge capture, and supply chain touchpoints
- Strong capability utilizing Cerner Command Language (CCL) for technical quality oversight and backend auditing
- Experience working within structured wave schedules
- Experience with large-scale rollouts
- Experience with ASC go-lives
