Dice is launching a new digital transformation initiative and is seeking a Senior Product Digital Designer to help build a modern, mobile-first product from scratch. In this remote-first role, the designer will lead end-to-end design processes, create user-centered product experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex features and product experiences-from discovery through final delivery
- Create intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs
- Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to craft exceptional user experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide product decisions
- Champion a user-centered design culture in a fast-moving environment
Skills
- 8+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related roles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual excellence
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Experience with design systems and agile product teams
- Understanding of basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in complex, transactional, or highly regulated environments is a plus
